This policy applies to digital products and services offered by KlivaStudio through our website or approved payment providers.

Digital Products

Because our products and services are digital in nature, purchases are generally final once delivery has been completed or access has been activated, unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page or contract.

Cases Eligible for Review

  • Duplicate billing for the same order.
  • Failure to deliver the product or service because of a technical issue on our side.
  • A clear billing or fulfillment error.

Refund Requests

Processing Time

Requests are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method according to the processing times of the payment provider or financial institution.
